“The location is a bit far from the center town. The room is big and clean. Yet, the facilities inside the room are not satisfactory. There is a kitchen area next to the living room, the range hood is useless and cause poor ventilation. The staff at the check in counter has explained the house rules but didn't mention about the water heater is a storage type. I had a shower with cold water on my first night which was a terrible experience for me.”

“Apt was exactly as described and shown, comfortable for a couple. There is no oven, so plan meals accordingly. Close to free parking and free bus into old city Avignon - we went in for a day, and then later for 2 separate evening meals - very easy! Great location to tour around Avignon as well, as car parking if free on street outside and good connections to various highways. Do NOT try to drive in Avignon- take the free bus in.”

“we spent 19 days here in late May. We used Avignon as a central location to do day trips and a couple of overnight trips and could not have selected a better place. Lots to see and do. The unit was roomy, comfortable, clean and quiet. We took great advantage of the bakery that was half a block away and a bread bakwey a block away. the market is very near as is the grocery store. “The Domaine Pre Holy was spectacular. The house is wonderful and the grounds are even nicer. The pool, jacuzzi and bocce ball were enjoyed throughout our stay. Anne and Vincent were gracious hosts and very accommodating. Avignon was a perfect location for wine tours, getting to the Mediterranean and enjoying the walled city. Truly and magical trip.”

“We had a delightful visit to Avignon, using all three apartments offered by this host. The apartments were spread across four floors and provided plenty of room for my family to spread out. As the listing states, it is eclectically decorated with lots of odds and ends all over. We could never locate the laundry machine, but there was a great laundromat nearby. The location was superb for exploring Avignon.”

“Nice, clean and centrally located. The property manager does not speak any English so can be difficult to ask any questions. I would suggest that they leave a map of the area and suggestions for restaurants etc for those that aren’t familiar with the area. We got lost quite a few times. Beautiful city and well maintained VRBO.”
