Canal Front -SUP’s/Kayaks included with Boat Ramp

Our sweet little beach cottage is a comfortable and relaxing little piece of paradise, located on the canal in Avon colony. Perfect for single families, with all the amenities to make you feel right at home. One story living with water views looking north and west. Great location for water activities such as fishing, boating, kayaking(5 provided) or SUP(2 provided). The beach is a short walk from the house.

You have access to the entire house with covered space below for storing boards, bikes, etc. There is a boat ramp on the property that fits boat trailers 8' wide and smaller. Outdoor shower with both hot and cold water is also located below the house. The charcoal grill is set up in the yard beside the house, guest must supply charcoal. You will find leftover charcoal and the dust pan in the north facing cabinet under the house(directly under the front door) There are 4 single kayaks and one double kayak for guests to use with lifejackets and 2 Sup's with paddles.
