“Sehr Haustierfreundlich”

“Pros: Freundlicher, zuvorkommender Vermieter. Bei auftretenden Problemen, einfach ansprechen. Es wird kurzfristig gelöst. Ich war beruflich knapp 3 Monate dort und habe nichts zu beanstanden. Eine gemütliche kleine Wohnung. Fehlt nur noch der Blick aufs Meer. Die dort heimischen Vogelarten machen sich einen Spaß daraus, auf Autos zu ka..en. Es sind echte Spassvögel.”

“Apartment was clean and modern. Our only complaint was not being aware of steep steps to entrance and in the apartment to the bedroom and bathroom! We had 2 people with knee issues which made it scary each time they used the stairs. We would have chosen a different apartment if we had known. We also had heavy luggage to drag up and down! ”

“Pros: dichtbij het archeologisch park, op loopafstand, eigen patio rustig, ruime douche Cons: lag aan een doorgaande straat veel (werk)verkeer. wat ik persoonlijk jammer vond is dat er geen voorzieningen c.q. aangebracht voor mindervaliden dat zou de verhuur potentie verhogen.”

“First off, I expected a lot more from this place. It is dubbed as a "luxury" houseboat, but it had very little hospitality. There was a "welcome bag" in the kitchen with 1 roll of toilet paper (why not just put it in the bathroom??), some cleaning cloths, enough coffee for 2 cups, a tiny pouch of soap for one shower and some trash bags. The bed linens aren't even put on the beds; we had to do it ourselves! No towels either. We were expected to take out the trash, too. The price was waaaay too……
