"Very impressed with the personal touches. After arriving at the cabin at 2 a.m. in the morning we found everything we needed from bedding to cereal and milk along with the coffee/ coffee machine. We were so grateful.Our parking area was plowed after the snow which was very thoughtful. Really appreciated the snow shovel to be able to keep the steps clear of snow. This was the third time to visit Fairbanks from Ohio. Each visit I picked a different area for a cabin. This cabin was the best, it really fit our needs for 4 people. It was the epicenter for our Alaska daily adventures. Denali, Chatanitka Lodge, Chena Hot Springs and Castner Glacier and a lot of stops in between. Was able to see the Northern Lights south of North Pole. Also Rod’s for snowmobiling and dog sledding. Thank you. Pat"

"First thing i noticed walking into the entryway was the cleanliness of everything as i made my way to the counter. The Associate was very polite and cordial! The staff made checking in seamless and was granted an upgrade to a king suite. I have been to many overnight venues and i could not find a single complaint "1" with the cleanliness! Bravo to cleaning staff! (My wife is very picky in the "clean" area and she gave 2 thumbs up). Thank you mostly to the staff and also to the management that gives the "Boots on the ground" crew the tools they need to reach excellence! Well done all!"
