“Apparently the check in times in Tuscany are very rigid. You must check in within the stated hours or else be subject to room cancellation. That being said, we made it in at the alotted hour. There is no staff on site until the stated check in hours, so checking in early is impossible. There appeared to only be one staff person who did not speak much English. He was nice and helpful enough. The complimentary breakfast was suprisingly good! Fresh coffee and cappuccino, warm fresh……

“The Marignolle Relais & Charme is absolutely gorgeous. The rooms are beautifully decorated and everything is so clean. The grounds are well maintained and the pool area is stunning. We loved our two day stay and heartily recommend it. Stay here you’ll love it!!!”

“We found that the property was not as advertised. The restaurant was only open in the evening and it was a far walk in the dark on uneven paths. The pool bar was not open. The deluxe suite felt very dark and small and did not feel deluxe at all. The property was challenging to get to and further away with limited taxi service. The only bright part was the tall gentleman that worked there. He was very kind and helpful.”
