“This was one place you could not fault the staff at all. They were all so kind and helpful and went above and beyond for us especially my little boy who is a super fussy eater. Maria in the main restaurant was just so amazing. Fabio from the animation team has an amazing team for the entertainment! Marina Hristiana Mo George all from the bar and restaurant were just so kind and very helpful. Don’t change you have it all spot on!”

“Prior to arriving near midnight, we were emailed a code to enter one of two keysafes. The code was the wrong one, had to ring the owner who gave us the correct one. The apartment was dated, though initially looked clean. Patio window left wide open - which is how the ants probably entered! Running around in the living room area, & shower room. (We bought Biokill the next day). Would've been nice if the fridge was on when we arrived, but no. Husband had to pull the fridge out, to find the……

“This villa is just perfect for a relaxing holiday with everything you need and more. We received a lovely welcome from the owner who’s communication was brilliant from the minute we booked. Extra touches like the wine & foods when we arrived were very kind. We loved the pool & garden area which has a lovely bbq and plenty of seating areas to just sit back & chill. Thank you for a luxurious couple of weeks we all can’t wait to come back to your amazing villa - wish you & your family the best Sue……

“Apartment was a good size with all modern amenities. Only real criticism I had was there was barely any toilet paper and no bags to dispose of waste. It was after 11pm when we arrived so didn't want to go and find a shop at that time. Host was lovely and answered my every question promptly prior to going. Without doubt it was value for money”

“We knew our stay was going to be positive from the outset, with prompt responses from the local management team to our last-minute enquiry. The property didn’t disappoint with lovely pool and a nice layout. As with other reviews perhaps a little tired in places at this end of season but nothing a good lick of paint won’t cure. “Rummen behöver en uppgradering men fungerar ändå bra som de är. Frukosten var i min smak och det fanns något för alla. Städning i princip varje dag, nya handdukar var 3:e dag, någon extra dag mellan byte av lakan om jag minns rätt. Lätt att kommunicera med städpersonalen, bra och trevligt bemötande av all övrig personal. Utcheckning kl. 11 men vi fick använda rummet till kl. 17 och de ordnade fram en taxi till oss när det var dags att åka. Mycket bra. ”

“Arrived at the villa at 1.30am. Easily found with the directions given by the host. Welcome pack was a great touch. Villa was clean, linen clean and fresh. Villa had everything we could need and plenty of room. Pool was a good size. Great powerful outdoor shower. Plenty of outdoor furniture. Good communication from the rental agency. Overall we had a lovely, peaceful, relaxing stay and would love to return one day.”

“I'm not one for writing reviews, but we've just returned from Protaras and wanted to say what a great time we had. Communication from our rep George was brilliant. The place was clean, and for us perfectly positioned. Quiet but not too far to get to the beach or shops. We hired a car but there is a bus running very regularly past the villa. Having stayed in Cyprus previously one of the best things about this villa was they don't allow dune buggies, or quad bikes in the grounds. Those things……

“Excellent location right next to the beach and Villa clean and comfortable, with a lovely sized pool. Jacuzzi bath very broken and would have appreciated washing powder/dishwasher powder being provided but otherwise all was fine.”

“We arrived and found out there was a building site in the area directly behind the villa which we knew nothing about the owner should of told us ( as had we of known we would not of booked ) but he kept quite never said a word just took our money.Come Monday morning at 6.50-7am and most mornings after for the next 7 days it started, we had to put up with a lot of noisy machinery ,cement pouring from large machines, banging, drilling throughout most of the day up until at least 4-5pm. “Just got back from a three week holiday in this lovely Villa, the check in arrangements were straight forward and the communication with 'spot on' was second to none. Immediately answering any quesions we had and even came round to the villa within minutes when the pool needed some treatment and this was even on a sunday...nothing was too much trouble for them and the welcome basket etc.. was grately appreciated and a nice touch. “Very comfortable stay - villa has all that you need. Property manager Liz is an excellent communicator and responds quickly and Steve the local manager was super helpful. The villa is very close to lovely beaches and a walk to restaurants and shops. Definitely go to Zorbas the amazing bakery! We would definitely visit again. Having a car helped us to do more locally and Empire car hire were excellent.”

“Le personnel est très poli et sympathique, je n'ai jamais rien vu de tel auparavant (dans un restaurant, dans un bar, le service est au plus haut niveau..) Un enfant pleurait dans la pièce voisine, la fille Anna à la réception et le directeur ont immédiatement changé de chambre, m'en ont même donné une meilleure avec vue sur la mer. Le soir, il y a des spectacles et une excellente musique live, le seul problème est que l'équipe d'animation fait un mauvais informer quoi et où. aura lieu. Il……
