“So clean smelled amazing ”

“Room was clean and smelled clean. The staff were pleasant, friendly, and courteous. Breakfast was delicious and had no problem finding items. It would be nice if there were 1 or 2 items for diabetics. Perhaps sugar free yogurt/pastry. (Just a suggestion).”

“This property had false amenities and refused to refund us. The hotel smelled like mildew and the downgraded our reservation from a king to a queen without prior authorization. The walls are thin and people wers running up and down the halls. The pullout couch had stains and no bedding. We had to request more bedding. Seriously disappointed. ”

“Not much for breakfast pretty disappointed, but the staff was great. Rooms were ok but very accommodating ”

“This hotel is beyond clean, well cared for and the beds are the most comfortable I've experienced in a while, and I travel frequently. From check-in to departure, every staff member was friendly, helpful and courteous. The day I was supposed to leave, my plane was delayed by 5 hours, Angel was so sweet in assisting so I could return to my room versus wait at the airport (initial flight was at 6 am). They also have a hotel shuttle that will pick you up and drop you off at the airport. Will……

“This is the worst hotel I’ve ever seen, and I couldn’t even stay there it was so filthy and run down and it looked like a den of drug dealers and prostitutes and did not feel safe at all, so I left very shortly after arriving. I definitely could not have slept there. I later learned that it had gotten the very worst reviews on Google. So I learned a hard lesson to always check reviews before booking a hotel. I use Expedia all the time and this is the only bad hotel I ever booked with Expedia……

“I will NEVER use Expedia again. You jeopardized my safety and I was never fully compensated for my Trust in booking with you. I need a FULL refund before engaging deeper.”

“The attendant refused to check us in. My ID was stolen and the system failed and refused to change the name so I could get checked in. I will be seeking a refund. I had to book another facility. After pulling off and paying for another room I was notified they checked us in as arrived after refusing service. ”

“First, I reserved two double queen rooms over a month ago. We arrived and they rented our rooms already. We had to change to one single king and one double queen, but they charged me the same price. This is a very sketchy area with lots of transients. Appears to be more of an extended stay for low income. Someone did burn outs and i thought they were gong to hit the building at 2 am, a fight occurred about 3 am leaving blood and broken pipes / flooding.”
