Would rent again

Me and my wife stayed here. The location was nice and quite. Very clean for being on a dirt road. We did have one issue and we sent the owners a message and they were very responsive and were able to make the situation better. Very honest owners. Would rent this again!!!!

Weekend get-away = Season of the sticks

Beautiful! Remote but not inaccessible. We stayed for two nights, looking to simply relax and get away from busy teacher/mom life. The yurt was perfect for what we were looking for. We were able to walk/run for miles around Bakersfield, sit in the hot tub and watch both the night sky and the morning sunrise behind the mountain. We made a quick trip to St. Albans and lake Champlain and were back in no time. The yurt was so cozy and comforting. It had everything we needed including an array of coffee choices that we enjoyed each morning. All the modern features made it an easy and relaxing stay. Thank you!!

Breath Taking Place to Stay

I have never given 5 stars in every area for a VRBO before, but this place deserves every star! So clean, so neat, so relaxing, and so hospitable! This is an amazing modern yurt with everything you need for a relaxing getaway! It is close to several towns but only if you want to leave the quiet and relaxing back porch! I will definitely be booking this Yurt again soon, after I can convince myself to leave in the first place :)

Amazing Secluded Outpost!

Cozy Stay

What a great property! I’ve honestly never felt so at home while away. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. The cozy lights and the flames from the stove made our rainy weekend so enjoyable. The hot tub was amazing- and the view was so pleasant and relaxing. Everything was clean and the decor was totally my style! I really want a return trip in the summer/fall time.

Perfect!

Including countless board games, puzzles, and vinyl records. And the welcome gift? Kettle corn, maple syrup, and farm-fresh eggs – a thoughtful local touch. Looking for romance, picture this: string lights twinkling like fireflies, a wood stove crackling away, and a record player spinning classic tunes. Add in bathrobes for post-hot tub bliss and cozy corners perfect for snuggling, and you've got a recipe for serious relaxation. Speaking of the hot tub, it was perfection! Perfectly prepped, steaming hot, and bubbling away under the starry sky with scattered flurries. Now, I'm not gonna lie, this yurt isn't exactly in the "pop over for a quick coffee" zone. Winter access? Four-wheel drive essential. But that's part of the charm. The remoteness amps up the peace and quiet, making you feel like you've stumbled upon a secret hideaway. It's a cozy haven for reconnecting with nature, yourself, or that special someone.

Great Cozy Spot

Such a unique find!

The yurt was great! All of the amenities you could need, and the deck and hot tub were amazing! The location is very remote, but that is what we were looking for, some peace and tranquility. Beautiful view from the back deck. Listening to the owls at night was really cool! Owners were incredibly responsive! Loved staying at the yurt!
