“The room was disgusting. The bed had the box spring exposed without any cover directly on the floor and it was stained. Room had a sticky brown rug which had stains. Shower curtain had mold all along the bottom. Hairdryer was gross. The furniture was pealing. The breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly.”

No traditional "front desk" or on site workers but the owners own the restaurant across the street and pizza place downstairs and everyone helps with everything and they are all great. Awesome breakfast in the restaurant and the staff is really helpful and engaging and care. I would totally stay there again. No elevator, and top floor rooms can get kind of toasty in the summer with no ac, but not a big deal for us.”

“The staff were excellent and extremely accommodating. On the other hand- the hotel itself is tired, old, outdated and dirty. To make matters worse, there was a huge horse race (which I wasn’t aware of) and guests there were out of control. As I was walking into the lobby with my family to return to our room, a large fist fight breaks out in the lobby where a bloodied combatant is thrown out the front door. My kids thought it was cool, but I’m too old for that nonsense. My advice is before you……
