“The desk clerk is kind and warm. They offer authentic Nepali breakfast and airport pick up. The whole environment is clean even it is not the newest hotel. Over all, it is recommendable.”

“Here is the English translation: ⸻ On the first night of our stay, we found an opened bottle of Coke in the room’s refrigerator, which made us feel that the cleanliness might not have been thorough. However, the hotel is located in a great area for shopping, and the rooftop restaurant is excellent, offering both a beautiful view and delicious food. All the hotel staff we encountered were warm, friendly, and provided helpful assistance.”

“門口在整修所以看起來沒這麼好看，位置就在泰米爾非常方便，因為是在巷子裡面所以很安靜。 飯店人員非常親切，出入都會主動打招呼幫忙開門，櫃台除了英文也能說一點點日文，所以英文太爛會講日文也能溝通。 房間因為是最便宜的房型比較小，但五臟俱全，只是毛巾看起來比較不乾淨，有點小失望。 但整體來說還不錯，一個女生住的安全又很舒適，之後有機會還會入住。”

“Really nice hotel, fantastic staff. Very clean. Excellent breakfast with a good range of options. Good location and generally quiet at night. The rooms are quite light at night - there’s an odd “night light” that you can’t turn off (we covered it in pillows, it’s just by the door at ground level). You also aren’t allowed to bring in any food or drink from outside at all (like nothing) or the “hotel will fine you” which seemed a bit extreme. They do provide 2 bottles of water a day though which……

“Everything was amazing at the hotel. The staff was so helpful, the breakfast was delicious and the room was very comfortable. The only suggestion for improvement that I have is to upgrade the toilets. They were kind of disgusting to look at.”

“Thing I didn’t like is how hotel staff is operating. On request for Manager, They never appear. Hotel accidentally charged me $900 more and they didnt know how to refund. Numerous phone calls by me and it took 12 hours to get refund from them. In all conversations Manager never came on call and given assurance.”
