Open floor plan with a generous size kitchen and living space plus fireplace. Updated appliances, comfortable furniture, Wi-Fi, and flat screen tv. In the wintertime, you only have about a 300 yard walk to the top of Big Birch ski slope from the unit. This unit is also perched at the top of a perfect sledding hill . You are within a short driving distance to hiking trails, ice skating, sledding and downtown Banner Elk. Come take in the view and begin your relaxing and tranquil stay in the Appalachian Mountains. No pets. No check-ins Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. All guests required to sign rental agreement upon booking.
