The airport bus was not v enough. End up only my sons can get in with the luggages but my husband and I have to take a taxi to the terminal. The staff at the check in counter is ok but not v welcome. Room the 2 bed rooms is spacious but the room is very dark. Amenities are very good with toothbrushes ...

不知道是歐洲人做事速度慢還是怎樣，叫房間服務會等上20分鐘，切還搞錯。離開拿行李時，人員拿出來等了快10幾分鐘，計程車都到了，行李還沒出來。其他方面都很滿意，特別是咖啡廳的可頌跟咖啡非常好吃，非常值得去試。

A fantastic stay at the Hesperia Barri Gotic. A warm welcome from hotel staff, including a surprise gift for my partner as the trip was for a surprise trip. The hotel overall was very clean and welcoming, a lovely room and great location for exploring Barcelona. Would return without a doubt.

Felt very safe me and my daughter dtayed there 4 noghts breakfast was ok sometimes felt some of the food went cold . Love the overall service room service was excellent as you you had a block outside they tell them u are out and they can clean the room, so no one knocks on the door.
