The Ruby Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"First, let me start with the receptionist (I SO wish I knew her name!) because SHE was an absolute DELIGHT! So bubbly, welcoming, and full of wonderful recommendations! You could genuinely tell how much she LOVES working at The Ruby! Our room was SPOTLESS and filled with the sweetest little amenities! My absolute FAVORITE was our balcony overlooking the water. The weather was PERFECT for getting all cozied up and enjoying the view! I also loved the robes and adorable little packaged snacks available for purchase! And PLEASE check out their shop when you check in! The CUTEST shirts and memorabilia! I seriously want to go back just to buy everything! 😆 We only stayed one night, so we didn’t get to explore much, but the surrounding town was absolutely CHARMING! So many cute shops within walking distance of the hotel! I can definitely see why the receptionist speaks so highly of this little gem of a place! We will 💯 be back, but next time, ONE night definitely won’t be enough! ❤️"

Wingate by Wyndham - Round Rock

8/10 Good

"The room was clean and check in went smoothly. The only issue I had was that the room itself smelled musty and the deadbolt wouldn’t latch. Otherwise it was a sufficient for a night. Also, parking is kind of tricky with not a lot right at the front of the hotel."
