“Beautiful property and had an amazing visit. Pity the property doesn’t have Aircon in the rooms. With the current heatwave it made it very hot inside the building . I understand it’s because it’s an old historical building and there are restrictions.”

“Good food and a clean and very comfortable room. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The facilities included full spa services including very good facials and the rest of the treatments. The swimming pools were clean and were providing experiences for small children whilst rhe other pool catered for over 18s. “We’ve booked one night here at first, then we decided to go there one day before and booked one more day. We told the reception lady when we arrived check in, she said it’s ok, no need to do the check in again and we could stay in the same room. The next day at ten mins before ten, a housekeeper locked on our door and told us to check out. We’re surprised and told her our case, she told us to check with the reception. Then the reception said we’ve to check out and come back by 4 to check in……
