“I do not believe they know the definition of a boutique hotel. Service: I traveled to Izmir to visit my customers in Manisa 4 times per year and I always staying at the different hotels. The staff in Met hotel are very need some on-job training, not mentioned that their English level is really hard to communicate. I cannot believe that I even had a fight with them during my stays. Breakfast - The food and atmosphere is decent but the lady served the breakfast is very nice.……

“I came to Izmir to visit my customer VESTEL in Manisa which 21 km away from Izmir downton. The reception desk's staff introduce a taxi driver and told me the texi costs should be 100TL one way. I accept his suggestion and hire the taxi to go there. Two hour later I use the original taxi back. The driver ask me to pay 200TL. Afterware I ask the taxi on the street. They said the cost should be around 100TL one way. So... This hotel's staff took advantage from me with the bad taxi driver.”

“小而精美，房間內有minibar（ 需要付費），不過有煮水瓶跟瓶裝水，茶包咖啡，這樣也是誠意十足。附近雖然飯店很多，很奇怪的就是商店跟吃飯的地方很少。離去碼頭，商圈還需要走上一段路。”

“Kiva hotelli, ystävällinen ja auttavainen henkilökunta. Nopea huonepalvelu. Puhdasta. Miinuksena kadun meteli joka kuuluu huoneeseen, vieressä iso autotie ja junarata. Muutoin erittäin kiva hotelli, viihdyin! Lähistöllä ei esim shoppailumahdollisuuksia juurikaan, mutta taxilla pääsee paikasta toiseen nopeasti.”

“整体感觉很好~在酒店前台预定了去以弗所的一日游，整体服务也很不错”

“Uns hat es sehr gefallen. Das Hotel liegt an einer stark befahrenen Straße, dies sollte man wissen. Mich hat es nicht gestört. Wir hatten Tag und Nacht Fenster offen, da wir ein Raucherzimmer hatten, was ich praktisch fand, da man es kaum noch findet. Dafür gibt es dort die dritte Etage. Das Essen war vielseitig und sehr lecker, Zimmerservice bis spät Abend, sehr praktisch und auch bezahlbar. Wenn man vom Tag geschafft ist, kann man Abend im Zimmer essen. Die Hotelmitarbeiter sind alle super……

“Merhabalar; Biz 4 kişilik bir aile olarak kozan city otelde de 3 gün kaldık. Bizim için güzel ve memnuniyet vericiydi. Tüm otel çalışanlarına yakın alaka ve güleryüzlü hizmetlerinden dolayı en içten reşekkürlerimizi sunarız. Otelin merkezi konumu ve kaldıığımız odanın konforu ve temizliği fiyat performans açısından gayet olumlu ve memnuniyet vericiydi. Burada kalmayı düşünen herkese tavsiye ediyoruz. 🙂🙂🙂”
