“The property owner does not speak English but was easily able to communicate with WhatsApp. Private. Enclosed parking. I was able to come and go through a private entrance for my vehicle with ease. If you’re looking for an affordable quiet private option to staying near Rome, this is great. A vehicle is a must. The nearby streets of Bracciano near the castle, has cheap and great food. Paulo the owner is a great host.”

“Marco and hos wife are very nice and their property and the appartement was amazing. Everything was clean and Marco was always available for questions. Bracciano was also very nice and the Beach was only 30 minutes away. Rom is also only 1 hour away so there is a lot to do, would definitely book that beautiful appartement from Marco again.”

“My husband and I had a micro-wedding at the villa with our immediate family and friends totaling 13 people. The property was stunning and was the perfect backdrop for the ceremony. The house is HUGE and more than comfortably fit everyone with their own bedroom. The space was very clean and all the details are thought of and provided. We had Roberto cook us a couple of meals and HIGHLY recommend doing that. The food was better than we expected! Overall, we cannot say enough good things about……

“The property was as described. The views were amazing when sitting at the tables by the pool. The views put the three bedrooms we used all had balconies and views of Bracciano Lake as well as the pool. Each bedroom had an air conditioner if you chose to use it independently of each bedroom. We each had our own bathroom which was great. Tommaso checked us in and toured us the house upon arrival and how things worked. He lives in the town so if we could have had any issues we was close.
