“Euro 180 is charged for private boat trip but no English speaking guide, no welcome drink or fruit basket in room considering 5 star and nearly 500 euro rate! Breakfast is good. Gym room is opened 9 or 10am, not designed for morning excercise purpose! Room reserved considered to be garden view but in actual, funny hotel back of house view! No show for one room, no consideration for partial refund or extend for future use- waste!”

“This three bedroom flat is beautiful, clean, well maintained, with high ceilings which makes it airy and nice. We loved everything about this apartment. It is right on the promenade, close to the ferry station. It is located on the second floor making it easy to haul luggage up and down. It has a beautiful balcony with the view of the lake. The laundry room located in a room in the back yard was very convenient. However, there was only two tablets of washing machine detergent and we need a……

“Staff and Owner were very accommodating and kind, yet very respectful of the guests stay. This is one of the best experience of my 3 week solo travel in Switzerland and Italy. Brilliant restoration of a family villa with unique hospitality. From check in to check out it was a highlight of my travels. Suggest getting tickets for ferry from Como to Lezzono early in the morning to avoid long queue. Also, taking bus back to Como, in am, is often full. Best to travel with smaller suitcases for……
