Located in a historic limestone building in downtown Belleville, this private upper-level apartment combines character with the everyday comforts that make both short visits and extended stays easier.

🔑 Easy Self Check-In

Arrive on your own schedule with convenient keypad entry. Your personalized access code will be provided before arrival.



🏠 Your Own Private Space

The entire apartment is yours to enjoy, including two bedrooms, living area, kitchen, bathroom, in-suite laundry and private balcony. No shared interior spaces.



🚗 Complimentary Parking

One designated parking space is included with your stay, right on the property.



🅿️ Additional Parking

Need space for another vehicle? Additional parking may be available for $15 per night, plus applicable taxes. Please arrange this in advance.



🪜 A Note About Access

Suite 22 is located on the upper level and is accessed via exterior stairs at the rear of the building. Please keep this in mind when booking, especially if travelling with mobility limitations or young children.



Once you're settled in, downtown restaurants, cafés and shops are just a short walk away.



The Neighborhood:

You are in the heart of Belleville, but on a quiet section of the street with a wedding and event venue on one side and a hair salon(run by your host Sharon) on the other. You are close to just about everything you could want to do in the area, including visiting wineries, breweries, galleries and the local waterfront and beaches. Close to local transit, with access to shops, restaurants and experiences downtown!



Getting Around:

Check out the welcome book and my website for more details on the surrounding area but just know that you are in the heart of it all and close to everything! We have a free parking spot and paid spots available, are on a transit route and are within walking distance to the Riverfront trail and Downtown District shops, galleries and restaurants. Close to the hospital, industrial park, Zwicks park, the Wellness Centre, the YMCA, the Trenton Air Base and Museum. Prince Edward County is just across the bridge over the beautiful Bay of Quinte and is a hub for all kinds of other awesome things to do!

🕓 Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in is from 4 PM, and check-out is by 10 AM. Enjoy convenient self-check-in with your personalized keypad code, sent before arrival.



🐾 Travelling with Pets?

Well-behaved pets are welcome! A $75 pet fee plus HST applies per stay. Please include your pet when booking and be considerate of our property and neighbours.



👶 Travelling with Little Ones?

A Pack 'n Play is available to rent. Please request it in advance so we can have it ready for your arrival.



💒 Downtown Sounds

Our historic building is located beside a wedding and event venue. While the apartment offers privacy, you may occasionally hear celebrations, traffic or other downtown activity.



🤫 Quiet Hours

To respect our neighbours and other guests, quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Parties and large gatherings are not permitted.
