“Clean, basic, no coffee pot”

“The place was very sus. Some guy was trying to break in his room next to me. He said his key wasn’t working again. The following night I got in late and my key was down. There is no staff after 9 pm. Dogs and babies barking majority of the night, and horns honking in the morning. Not satisfied with this property at all. Book at woodspring suits for a more affordable restful and enjoyable stay. ”

“The pool and hot tub were amazing. The rooms were nice and clean. Love that you actually get shampoo a conditioner. Breakfast was good aswell. Would have preferred waffles instead of pancakes. ”

“The hotel was clean and our room was good. It had a really big walk in shower. The one thing I will mention is that during check in there seemed to be no one at the front desk. We waited for 10 minutes only to realize someone was sitting in the back room the whole time, they just didn’t know or acknowledge that we were there. We came after check in time, so I don’t understand why the employee didn’t acknowledge us and check us in. Other than the delayed check in we enjoyed our stay. One last……

“Nice stay. After staying at a similar property nearby, I prefer this Hotel. Slightly newer/updated than other nearby hotel. ”

“The good: great location- walking distance to restaurants, coffee, shopping. Great staff- very friendly and helpful. Clean facilities. Comfortable beds. One area in need of improvement: the pool has no restroom, and allows kids at all hours. The hot tub and sauna were filled with loud, splashing under 10's with parents looking on. Not sure if the hotel can regulate the hours better but "no kids 10 and under after 8 or 9" may be better. And who knows- that may have just been our experience.……
