不满意:清洁度、员工和服务、服务设施、住宿条件和设施
We arrived by ferry and were taxied to the property. There was nobody there for check in. Calls were not answered. Luckily our taxi driver waited for us, took us to the Plantation and there were rooms available. Otherwise we would have been stranded on the island. We received an apology email the next day which was considerate but didn't help us in any way. If staying here, I would definitely stay in contact with the property to confirm so you are not left without lodging on arrival.
