“Nice harbor hotel , great staff, nice room and the sister hotel plantation house stunning. Dont expect full entertainment. This is a place where you enjoy luxury in a very peaceful surrounding. Really beautiful properties. As a hotelier myself i have to say sweet very friendly staff, great food but logistic training is missing, efficiency as there is far to much staff in the restaurant in low season but again if it fits the company in turnover no need to let them go and keep structure alive as……

“First I wanted to say thank you to front desk and housekeeping. They went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable. My room had a large patio overlooking the beach which was breathtaking. I wish the room had a small refrigerator. The hotel still needs some work because they were hit by a hurricane. But overall I did enjoy my stay there. The hotel is also walking distance away from food and entertainment. I give them a 8 out of 10 because they still need some upgrades.”

“Ich liebe diesen Ort! Genau so habe ich mir ein paar Tage Karibik vorgestellt. Einschließlich der Einschränkungen, wie z.B. zeitweise kein Wasser oder auch keine aircondition, dafür einen mega Blick auf das Meer bzw. Port Elisabet. Lunch, Dinner oder an der Bar DIREKT am Wasser ist schon sehr sehr cool! Ich empfehle das Frangipani wärmstens allen, welche nicht wert auf Schickimicki, dafür auf spirit und Natürlichkeit legen.”

This hotel provides you all the amenities youd need, also equipped with a rooftop restaurant and bar for all of your meal. The ladies at the front desk are always pleasant and courteous. ”

Upon arrival and throughout our stay, Mandarin's hotel staff exceeded our expectations. There is plenty to do on the premises and the food was excellent. The surrounding restaurants are also terrific and everything is a short drive from the hotel. Highly recommended. ”

“I completely fell in love with the room which was a double edge sword since you can see the beautiful Caribbean water from bed. I got take out to enjoy the amazing room set up. They think of everything and I’m enamored with the decor and mosquito net bedding; super quaint and romantic. Super quiet at night and everything is walking distance. The owner was one of our favorite parts we will be back in a few months and will bring more family. LOVED it. ”
