“This hotel had the right idea, wrong execution. Our room had a very shakey and unsecure door, no hot water for the first day and no WiFi for the entire duration. When the front desk staff were met with our concerns they did not offer another room or other accommodations, the restaurant staff were superb and made my stay bareable”

“Upon checking in, I was greeted by a very pleasant and kind receptionist. She told me her name but I had forgotten to write it down. She quickly was able to get me an early check in. The room was very clean and comfortable. The property itself was well maintained and clean. I visited the restaurant on the property and the services , staffs were great. Upon arrival and throughout our stay, Mandarin's hotel staff exceeded our expectations. There is plenty to do on the premises and the food was excellent. The surrounding restaurants are also terrific and everything is a short drive from the hotel. Highly recommended. ”

“No breakfast was provided nor was there any food available on property! I paid for a ocean view got a garden view looking at construction. The balcony door wasn’t closing, bugs were in our ears all night and being bitten. The Ac was not working, the water wasn’t working,, when we got it working the water was freezing, the lights were not working Overall experience was terrible. Plus having a 3month old & 5 year old in these conditions is not ideal!”

Beach is literally a 2 min walk, and not busy at all. Villa was clean, comfortable and spacious. Full kitchen with all the amenities you could think of. 2 bedrooms, 1 bath and parking on site.
