Okay if only needed a place to sleep
We were assigned a room at 5th floor. And guess what? The lift is non-functional and yes we carry our heavy luggage. They could have mentioned it in their property page. Anyhow, Maskenpflicht signage is on the door but not any of the staff wear one, and it was not imposed to the guests also. With regards to the room, it was ordentlich and clean. Towels are available. The room we booked is with twin-bed, and gladly they gave us double-bed.

Their elevator is extremely old. I was trapped in the elevator for at least 1 hour. Their staff is extremely rude, not only does not apologize, but is also extremely arrogant. I asked for a refund the next day but refused, shamelessly rogue hotel.

The man in the reception was completely unprofessional. I mean about the Covid restriction. Checking was taking so long. the room was dirty on the floor. The price was OK but totally not. I think even the price if you slow I can expect standard better. Room was very poor. Even without small table. Only Beth, toilet and window

The price is excellent for what you get. The room was large, we had plenty of space to hang up our clothes, there was a desk and a chair and a mirror by the bed, a full size mirror near the door, and a mirror near the bathroom. The shower was good in size and there was enough toilet paper and soap to last us the 5 days we stayed. There are a lot of negative reviews about this place, but as two friends who don't spend much time in our accommodation apart from when we're going to sleep, it was more than fine. I did notice that the lighting in the rooms was horrific and the rooms did get a bit cold at night, and that the floors were dusty and looked like they had not been cleaned, but apart from those things, everything else was fine. Do beware that this place does not have a lift! The staff are also quite unhelpful and at times rude. But you will get a good nights sleep, you will have hot showers, and you'll be satisfied with what you get for such a small price.

The bedside tables in our rooms supposedly had power sockets, however the cord to plug these into the wall was cut off... on both! Its nothing special, however for this price you cannot really expect anything flashy. You get what you pay for, and so therefore no complaints :)

Floors were dirty, in 5 days there was no room cleaning, place looks like a jail, plain painted walls in dark green with a low watt single light bulb. No kettle, TV, or any other Items. Electric sockets mainly didn't work, shower flooded whole into a pool every time. No lift and on 4th floor of steep concrete steps, staff barely interested. Area consisted of an aldi, a lidl another hotel and a sex shop. Grubby horrid place in the midst of a rough area.

This is a scary place full of down and outs graffiti in stairwells no lift looks nothing like photos no bar open. Never felt so unsafe in my life had a visitor enter my room in the night. One key opens all doors on same floor you are not safe
