In our lovingly newly furnished and fully equipped apartment you sleep comfortably in highquality box spring beds. Centrally located, it offers the ideal base for your stay in Berlin. Cleanliness and hygiene are very important to us. In just a few stops you can reach the most famous sights such. The Messe Berlin, the Brandenburg Gate, the Reichstag, Checkpoint Charlie / Friedrichstrasse, the Eastside Gallery, the KaDeWe, the Kurfürstendamm ...

The 180 m² apartment consists of 6 bedrooms, 3 shower bathrooms and 2 kitchens with inviting dining areas / living areas and HD TV with international HD channels on 50 "flat screen. WLAN / Wifi is available free of charge.

The building was completed in 2017 according to the latest standards and has u. a. via a lift and 2 large balconies to the quiet courtyard and Lietzensee. The apartment is located in the 3rd OG.

The bedrooms are equipped with high-quality King Size boxspring double beds and wardrobes. Upon request, we can make you the sofa beds for 2 persons and travel cots (60x 120 cm) and children's high chairs available. Please contact us before you travel.

In the new bathrooms with shower, toilet and sink we provide our guests with towels, hair dryer, soap and shampoo.

The kitchens are fully equipped with large fridge & freezer, ceramic hob & oven, extractor fan, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, toaster, pots, pans, plates, cups, glasses, cutlery, dishwasher and a variety of little things and extras ...

For short-term stays of up to 21 days: Since the beginning of 2014, the Berlin Senate has collected the so-called City tax for private nights i. H. V. 5% of the pure overnight stay price (excluding service charges) up to a stay of max. 21 days. This City Tax is to be paid by the guest upon arrival separately in cash. Long-term rentals and verifiable business travel are excluded.

The apartment offers the ideal starting point for your stay in Berlin. In just a few stops you can reach the most famous sights such. For example, the Charlottenburg Palace, the Brandenburg Gate, the Reichstag, Checkpoint Charlie / Friedrichstrasse, the Eastside Gallery, the Zoo Berlin, the KaDeWe, the Kurfürstendamm, the Messe Berlin ....

Lovely property

Nina’s place has markets, restaurants and subway stop all within 2 blocks. And everything inside was just what we needed, including fans to cool us down since part of our time was during some hot weather (and AC is not common in Europe). The condo is well furnished. Wonderful Apartment in Berlin!

We just got back from a wonderful week long stay at this very spacious apartment it has everything you need for a large family or multiple couples. Great location for food and grocery stores near by along with an U Bahn station close by. Exceptional communication with Nina and super easy checkin process. Familien-Wochenende in Berlin

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, zentral gelegen, gut ausgestattet, haben uns alle soweit wohl gefühlt, leider lässt die Sauberkeit etwas zu wünschen übrig, Fenster, Fensterbänke und Balkone waren stark verstaubt, haben erst mal selbst dort geputzt! Für die Reinigungsgebühr könnte man mehr erwarten.

Großzügige, gepflegte Wohnung. Wir waren zu acht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles vorhanden. Die Betten sind prima! Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter hat problemlos funktioniert. Ebenso der Zugang mit dem Codeschloß. Gute Lage!

18 persons -3 generations -2-73 years old had some lovely days in ninnas apartment . Everything was ok and we could place the tables and chairs and all sit together to eat . Nice and clean .

Large and nice apartment

Wohnung war Super! Lage perfekt! Alles da!

Wohnung super, auch auf den Sofa konnte man perfekt schlafen. An Equipment war auch alles da. Zugang mit Codeschloss hat auch klasse geklappt. Vom Autolärm an der Kreuzung war bei geschlossenen Fenstern auch fast nichts zu hören. Die Aussicht vom Balkon (3.Stock) auch perfekt Einziger Nachteil war die derzeitige Sanierung des Treppenhaus . Und der Zugang zum Aufzug ist eher nicht Barrierefrei da nur über ein paar Stufen zu erreichen.
