Stroll to the world-class tennis center and a trio of pools from this two-story three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath townhome! Featuring a large private deck, this resort retreat's main level is home to a living and dining area, a well-equipped kitchen (with new appliances), and a half bathroom. Accessible by a spiral staircase, the second floor features a full hallway bathroom and three bedrooms, including the main suite. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer, two flat-screen TVs, two DVDs, Blu-Ray, and WiFi. Plus, Three Bikes appropriate for 5 year old boy and 5 year girl and 10year old boy! And Two Adult Bikes.. This home away from home has been recently upgraded with new living room furniture and new mattresses for all three bedrooms. Both bathrooms include tub/shower combos.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
