This loft condo was designed and remodeled to perfection taking into consideration every detail you need to enjoy your stay in Bettendorf, Iowa.

The fully equipped kitchen offers appliances such as stovetop and oven, dishwasher, microwave and full-sized refrigerator as well as basic cooking tools and supplies.

In the bedroom located on the second floor you will find an extremely comfortable KING sized bed with a memory foam mattress. The second bedroom is located in the basement with a KING sized bed!

The bathrooms features a large shower, a hair-dryer as well as complimentary toiletries and clean towels. Additional amenities include self-controlled A/C and closet space with hangers, an iron and ironing board. This loft is very well kept, professionally cleaned and sanitized after each and every use.
