Situated in an enviable position in the heart of Instow with a lovely balcony area to enjoy a glass of wine and spectacular views as the sun slips down the sky, Spinnaker is the perfect base for guests who wish to stay within easy reach of the pretty beach and lovely local bars. Within walking distance of some of the most popular restaurants and cafes in North Devon, this comfortable apartment is not to be missed.
