“Paula was really good at communicating with me. The dining/living area were comfortable with plenty of space. The kitchen was decent and nicely equipped. Location was good for us. There was an additional small living room that was good for reading and relaxing. A small window air and a fan in one of the bedrooms was not enough to handle heat/humidity while there. “This place was very unkept and dirty throughout the property. We had ants all over the inside of the house crawling throughout. Many cobwebs were also seen. The shower had mold/mildew in a lot of the grout and the bathtub drain was dirty from previous use. The outside of the property had not been cleaned up in quite some time. The description leads you on to believe that it is actually waterfront and you have quick access to the lake. However, it’s across the street and there isn’t available……
