“Good location, good service, but i expected a nicer room from W hotel. We had a 2 bdrm ocean view suite, so i thought it would be very posh and upscale. It seemed like a lower brand trying to look like the W. Pool environment also was loaded with families, so didn't have the vibe we were hoping for. ”

“Check in was smooth. Staff was very nice. Room was clean and the air was cold. The beach is only a block away. The area by the hotel seemed very safe and clean. It is an older property and the pool is small. They do have a pool on the roof of the building behind the hotel that is really cool but the drinks are expensive. ”

“Only recommendation i would make is to play diversified music at the pool area. Not all the guest are Hispanic and therefore the music should be more diversified.... that's the only constructive comment i can make. Great place at a great price. Hard working and personable staff. . ”

“Our experience at this hotel has been the worse. We have booked through Expedia for many years and this is the first time where the hotel we booked did not offer the ammenities that it said it had. In our case it was a washer and dryer. The person at the front desk told us it was a problem out of their control because it was advertised wrong on the Expedia website and that they could NOT do anything about it. The room was also in a very poor condition. The door DID NOT close all the way and……

“This our second time staying at this location. Staff is amazing! Right across the street from the beach. They give you chairs and umbrella to use also beach towels. Walking distance to many restaurants. Close to airport. Rooms are sound proof. Hotel is a gem!We will be back”
