“This hotel has only two floors Ground floor and 1st floor, no elevator Next to the hotel there is a bus to T5 Comfortable room, bottled water provided Shampoo and showers are provided in the bathroom Wardrobe with safe and extra towels and bath towels There is a hair dryer in the cabinet Double bed room style is two single beds together and then covered with a double mattress, a single person can sleep in the middle”

“位于机场五号航站楼，去市区可以坐火车快车去London Paddington Station伦敦市中心，15分钟一班很方便。这个宾馆作为旅行落脚点不错，其他就无所谓了。”

“2nd time staying here, really happy with the size, cleanliness and comfort the room. It’s far from central London but is easily accessible by bus and tube (Hayes and Harlington or Hatton Cross station). I have purchased breakfast this time, like it with plenty of healthy options, they’ve a la carte items like pancake, omelette, but I didn’t try. Gym and spa are amazing, top notched. However it only opens at 8am on Sunday. Very likely to stay there again when I’m in London next. ”

“When I was taking shower, suddenly all light was off and I took the shower in a darkness. When I enquire whether there was any problem for the electricity in the hotel, the staff said that it was normal and the electricity was stable. The staff eventually arranged another bedroom to us. However, the bedroom was found very dirty with insect inside. The hair dryer was terribly dusty with hair. I and my husband wanted to have dinner at the restaurant but there was no staff for us to make an order.……
