“No regular house keeping but can book via whatsapp or call, house keeping is very thorough, and refilled all of the essentials. Reception replies very quickly through whatsapp and is very helpful. The location is ok convenient, located in a residential part, has a cheap supermarket Netto just around the corner, and a 10 to 15 mins walk to the østerport station. Air con is really strong, kitchen facilities are excellent but quite old esp the exhaust fan. A lot kitchen utensils available. Quite……

“The bathroom definitely needs a facelift, although the kitchen looks like newly remodeled. Check-in instruction was not precise as we weren’t told exactly the lockbox location in the building. The unit is in a public housing complex, with barebone furnishings even to Danish minimalism standards. We requested for a quiet unit, but assigned to one that is directly facing parking lot and garbage collection yard, let alone there was a repair work exteriorly right under our windows for the entire……

“The staff is very kind and willing to assist, they also speak good English so make the communicate easier. However, if you are staying longer and prefer the apartment has laundry in your room, I’m afraid it’s not. It’s the state wash+dry machine at the other floor. Overall, it’s not the accommodation I’d stay again as not meeting my needs, but I’m still appreciate the kindly assistance for their staff and being nice to me. ”

Bed is comfy. Replies are very prompt. Suggestion to the hotel: put napkins/tissue papers; put the instruction to dish washer because it's required to put dishes in the dish washer before you check out. ”

“Throughout our stay in the apartment, our stay has been pretty great. The air con provided definitely helped very much against the surprisingly hot weather. The blackout curtains and comfy beds assisted us to have a restful stay. The bathroom and kitchen areas were pretty good with the stove being well-functional. “We absolutely loved our stay here! The hotel is perfectly located, we always felt we were around 10-20 minute walk from most of the places we wanted to see. The rooms are spacious, very clean and the beds are incredibly comfortable. I also loved the bar downstairs, the cocktails are delicious and it's the perfect place to relax after a long day exploring. The staff are all incredibly efficient and kind and I would highly recommend staying here if you're coming to Copenhagen. We already can't……
