“Loved our stay and Point Reyes was so awesome and the towns around there were so much fun to visit. Absolutely loved cooking up fresh eggs for breakfast.”

“Great stay, friendly host. Loved the hot tub!”

“This was perfect for my husband and I on our travels up the coast. I really wish we had more time to explore the city. House and hosts were wonderful and we would highly recommend this as a place to stay!”

“Wonderful! We enjoyed our 4 nights! Perfect location.”

“The place was so welcoming, clean and Eric was great at communications for entering and eateries near by (many) just a perfect visit. If I could rate a place more than a 5 star, this would be it.”

“Eugene and Natalie you both are incredible hosts and we are so delighted with our stay at your Eichler home. The property is beautiful, we were immediatley greeted by deers! The check in process was very smooth and the hosts are very responsive and kind. We stayed in the Napa suite and it was equipped with everything we needed. The laundry is a huge bonus after hiking and spending the day out in San Francisco. The kitchen is also equipped with everything you need. The bathroom could use a bit……

“The property was not cleaned before we came. Dirty linens and towels with no clean ones available. The host never responded… the host’s phone# and email address given were invalid The location was nice”

“Overall we had a great stay. But I want to clear up a few issues. There is room for two cars in the driveway because it’s a long driveway, one car goes in first and one car parks behind it. The next issue is that there are only one and 1/2 bathrooms. There’s a 1/2 bath on the main floor and one full bath (no bathtub) on the lower floor. There is no fan in the 1/2 bath, only a small window for ventilation. So, there is a main floor, a lower floor and a loft above the living room. The loft is……

“Loved our stay! The house was clean and had everything we needed for a great get away. The views were incredible. Cant wait to come back”

“This wonderful home is even more attractive and comfortable than the photographs prepared us for. The location is very peaceful with a large deck and several room windows looking out to Tamales Bay and a verdant tree scape. Yet it is very close to the main road and all our favorite hiking and swimming spots. Somehow in our decades of renting houses at Point Reyes we’d never found this one and we’ve stayed at some great places, but this is a house we now have at the top of our list for future……

“Air conditioning kept things comfortably cool throughout the night in our room.”

“My stay was very nice and peaceful. Felt safe and was the place was spotless. Bedding was very nice luxurious. Beautiful fresh picked vases of flowers in two of the rooms. Saw a cute deer outside at night while on balcony. Enjoyed my stay very much.”

“My husband and I had come from a long distance and more than anything wanted tranquility. We were able to enjoy the views, cook good meals in the lovely kitchen and enjoy the quiet. I don't think we have ever stayed in a place that was quite so comfortable. The whole experience was like a warm hug.”

“We had a super wonderful time at Sundog! We have stayed in a lot of different places over the years and this place was the most comfy, well appointed and easy to live in space of all. We loved all of the classy and practical interior design choices too. 3”

“Our host was amazing. Upon booking, they shared a wealth of information about local attractions, hikes, food, etc. The house was extremely well stocked and there was nothing we needed that wasn't there. Impeccably clean too! ”
