“We had ants in our room, coffee maker was dusty. Breakfast was lower grade than expected Would not stay there again. ”

“You cannot check in if you arrive after 11 p.m. The front desk closes at 11 p.m. and no one will answer your call. A very unpleasant staff! They will not accommodate you in any way if you arrive after 11 p.m.”

“The room was pretty small which I knew before hand. We found trash(old squeaker ball from a dog, old tshirt from someone previous, and a few pieces of cat food). The bathroom was in need of a clean on the baseboards and such as they were disgusting. My husband was pretty sure his milk was spoiled when he grabbed a small carton( was still in date but curdled) Lastly the side door was extremely loud. We could hear it closing all night. I’m not one to write reviews but it is Way too overpriced for……

“The room was very nasty I took plenty of pictures of the room. Staff was hard to understand, pillows were so flat and bed was very uncomfortable. Towels when touched the ground could tell floor was dirty cuz when picked up it had black spots on it. Room wasn’t even ready when we arrived at 5pm and check in was 3pm. Also should mention the tub faucet was coming out the wall”

“Not sure about the background, but Suburban is with the Quality Inn — same building, same check in. Worked out great either way. Clean, quiet room. Nice breakfast. Convenient for Altoona things to do!”

“Not fair to give them a poor review while they’re undergoing renovations. The staff was friendly and helpful. Great location. Easy access to shopping, dining, VA hospital, major roadways. Room pricing was a great value. Will likely stay again on our next visit in that area.”

“The worst experience I ever had in a motel, the sheets were dirty, the room smells horrible and the attention at the front desk was terrible, and also you paid amount here in Expedia but when you get there they charge you for taxes”

“This was perfect for my needs. Clubhouse grille had gray food and prices. Brandon was very responsive, the area is beautiful, as well as nice Nd quiet”
