• We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away.
• You and your party will be able to self-check in upon arrival.
• Please remember you are staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP.

• We provide enough essential items to cover stays of about 2–3 nights.
• If you need more supplies during your stay, nearby stores include: Ahart's Market, Wawa, CVS, and DG Market.
• Mid-stay cleanings are available upon request for $150 per cleaning.
This is not a full cleaning but includes a turnover of linen/towels and a light overall cleaning.
For stays over 2 weeks, a mid-stay cleaning will be required every 2 weeks with fees paid before check-in.
• Rates are for up to 6 guests.
$20/guest/night additional fee if over 6, up to the max occupancy allowed.
