“We loved our 2 week stay at this nostalgic home. We grew up in this area and it was like going home. The home is extremely clean and has everything you need. The neighborhood is quiet, convenient and the location is great. Buttonwood Park is just a block away and it makes it great for walking. Robin is a wonderful host and thinks of everything. She has some basic essentials and treats waiting for you so you don't have to run out to the store when you arrive. She is so thoughtful that she even……

“Big and spacious. Water pressure in the shower was really low. Noisy area. Close to amenities.”

“Very nice and thoughtful place!”

“The most perfect spot! Our host and the neighbors were so nice and gave us great tips! Would definitely stay again”

“This VRBO was one of the nicest we have stayed at. Location was lovely, even with houses surrounding it, the spectacular view made you feel alone. Very quit, even on a typically busy holiday week. Hostess was very good at communicating and the place was stocked better than any VRBO. Snacks, coffee, tea, creamers, paper towels and toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, shampoo and soap, even makeup remover. Very nice touch. Place is beautiful and perfect for two people. Had another couple over……

“What a delight to find this gem of a property. The lawn is spacious the old trees are shady and the flower beds are well taken care of by the host. The apartment is comfy and close to historic Four Corners and Fogland Beach. The trails to the water’s edge and also an historic old mill site and bridge are within walking distance and made for enjoyable walking. I have family nearby and plan to return when I visit.”

“convenient ;location”

“Great stay!”

“The place was clean and a nice apartment. We stayed only 1 night. Yes, there is traffic and you will hear it all night long, but it is what it is (if owner lists this, would you rent it?) The beds, for us, were so uncomfortable...too soft. But that's a personal preference. The ceiling fan made an intermittent noise that kept waking me. The towels were rough and felt like they were washed without softener. As others noted, there weren't enough towels and wash cloths for the number of guests……

“Great spot for the family. Close to Newport and local beaches. Plenty of space and was very clean. Everyone enjoyed their stay. I would highly recommend to anyone.”

“This retreat was clean, nicely decorated and the layout was spacious and open. The views of the water, woods, and wildlife were peaceful and relaxing, we especially enjoyed them from the patio deck and while relaxing on the comfortable outdoor furniture. The host was communicative and accommodating to our needs.”

“This is the third time I’ve stayed here and it won’t be the last! Great location, and place is extremely comfortable. The kitchenette has everything you’d need, the bed is easy to sleep on, and the vibe is great.”

“Fantastic location. One small hiccup with the electronic/key based locks, but the host was quick to respond and help us out! Would definitely recommend to others.”

“Great location. Was in the area for a concert. The deck was amazing but didn't have any outdoor furniture when I stayed.”

“Would definitely stay again at this cute, third-floor walk-up. The property is nestled in Fall River near a church, eateries with ample street and lot parking.”
