“This was a wonderful 2 week stay. Mike and Jodi were great hosts and very prompt to assure our needs were met. Because of our ages, we had a problem with the bed height but Mike provided a stepstool and solved that issue. There is a train very close by that provides an automatic alarm daily at 8 am. We ate dinner out or had nuked leftovers so were ok with not having a kitchen. The porch is lovely to sit any time of the day and Cookie, their dog is a sweetie. I can recommend these owners and……

“I cannot say enough about the wonderful time we had staying at Denise & Mike's lovely cottage. They went above and beyond to make sure our family gathering was perfect...and it truly was. Sitting on the front porch sharing coffee in the a.m. and wine in the evening. Board games, chats and laughter until our bellies ached. Our family spent our much needed reunion sharing long overdue times making more wonderful memories. Upon arrival we found the property even more special than we imagined from……

The place was GREAT; very quiet and peaceful... was stocked with snacks, juices and waters, and fresh fruit from their produce stand (we even stopped at the stand to get more!). “This house has a lot of interesting furniture and decorative pieces. The location was great quiet farm country. The kitchen needs more utensils. Knives large serving spoons spatulas There is a water issue that needs addressed Terrible stains in the toilets and sinks. One bed was unusable and the others were just acquit It should be noted the all bedrooms are upstairs The hosts were very friendly but need to address some of the issues.”

“The room was very clean, and super close to Caledonia State Park and not far from Gettysburg. It is cozy as described, so on the smaller side, however the price was right and we mainly used the place to sleep and have breakfast only. The host was available when needed and overall we had a great stay.”

“This is a very nice, comfortable, cozy and clean option for staying in the heart of Gettysburg. We found the parking behind the house very convenient as you can walk to any location in the town with ease- and sometimes it’s hard to find parking. Also the house itself is in very good condition with lots of room and amenities. We never once heard the people staying in the lower apartment. It felt very safe and private. Thank you for opening your doors and providing a non hotel option.”
