"Nice for an overnight trip. Staff was fine; room was clean. Breakfast was better than many I’ve seen. Biggest problem was getting the door keys to work. "
"The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming of our two large dogs. Inexpensive per dog fee of $15. Many places say "dog friendly" but then charge $75/per dog and only if they are tiny dogs. This Clarion was truly dog friendly."
"The hotel is next to a Red Roof Inn that looks kinda sketchy during night time. I was uneasy about leaving our u-haul truck by it over night. Everything was fine in the morning, so no worries there! The rest of the area around the hotel looked and felt safe. We were able to find plenty of open parking spots in the back of the hotel to park our 26’ U-haul. The staff were super nice. The beds were unbelievably comfortable and the pillows were amazing. The hotel was very quiet and super clean. The price was decent for a 1 night stay in a 2 Queen bedroom. The breakfast was decent and I would 10/10 recommend the Tru By Hilton Chattanooga Hamilton Place! "
"The pillows were too squishy and the shower set up in our room was not great but it was clean, friendly staff, good breakfast and overall excellent. We travelled with our pet and $75 for a pet fee is a little excessive but… it stood the expectation that I had from a home2 facility. "
"Good, clean, not far from the mall literally and walking distance restaurants all around as well as shopping. Comfortable and cozy, had refrigerator and microwave, always a plus. Quiet and safe. Check-in was easy and he was very helpful."
"We had a small moving truck and were worried about parking in Chattanooga. It could not have been easier! We were even able to back into a space. The hotel is beautiful and spotless! Our two queen-bed room was huge, and I loved having a full-sized refrigerator for all our water bottles. We walked to one of the nearby restaurants for dinner and had waffles in the lobby (with some of the deluxe toppings on offer). I would definitely stay here again!"
"Even though we did not use it, it was nice having a kitchen. Bed was comfortable. Easy access to where we needed to travel during our stay. Staff were all very nice. "
