Room and corridors were a bit dated. The corridors I’m assuming were meant to be like that but expected more from the rooms, considering meant to be 5*. The palm court was great but expensive but to be expected and staff were helpful and friendly.

The hotel should handle this situation better.
I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times before, but unfortunately this visit was by far the worst. The air conditioning in the room wasn’t working, and this was never mentioned at check-in. Location was excellent, room was clean and had everything we needed. Lots of information from staff prior to arrival so there no problems finding the apartment or finding parking.
