“We actually had a problem with our Hotels.com booking, but the owners of the property were very kind and accommodating, turning what could have been a very stressful situation into a lovely stay. The rooms were clean, spacious and well kept, and the property and pool were well maintained. “I booked Jasmine Elite because it had a full spa and it is rare to find that in combination with a great price. “It was great once I actually got the apartment I had booked. They tried to fob me off with a much smaller room with no kitchen or washing machine. I decided to complain so actually got the apartment about 2pm the next day. There was a lot of apologies & a plate of delicious treats to compensate but to be honest I was really gutted to waste a whole day. In the end I booked another night just so I got the break I had needed. So the lesson is make sure you get what you pay for and don’t let them……
