“I had a wonderful stay at The Cottages. Absolutely lovely welcome from my hosts, which was perfect as I needed some directions and advice for getting around. It was a super comfy bed. I got 12 hours of sleep (after a long haul flight from Australia). Lovely little ensuite, WiFi, TV, tea/coffee with kettle. Recommended for anyone that needs a little bolt-hole in beautiful Chichester.”

“We had a wonderful stay at Woodacre B&B in Arundel. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the lovely hosts—and their charming dog, Benson, who instantly made us feel at home. Our room was beautifully appointed, spotless, and overlooked the serene garden, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The delicious breakfast each morning was a real treat—fresh, thoughtfully prepared, and a perfect start to the day. Communication before and during our stay was excellent, and the……

“This property is in an excellent location for Chichester centre and for Goodwood Racecourse. The owner was lovely. Friendly and approachable. Cleanliness is a priority for us and this accommodation was first class. Breakfast options were varied to suit all tastes and we loved the fresh fruit (not always the case in many places we have visited). It was a relaxing environment to start the day, especially chatting about Art. We have learned so much about Sculpture and certain Sculptors after our……

“The staff are very helpful and friendly. The food and beer is good and great value. Parking is a bit tight, so arrive early if you are checking in! If you want to eat, make sure you reserve a table. We found out the hard way on Saturday lunchtime that you can't always get a meal, even if you are a resident. Other than that, it's a good place to stay. It's quiet at night due to the location and the fact that the bar isn't open until late.”

“This is an old style cottage in a rural setting, which does'nt have the best access, however once there the location is surrounded by woodland and fields which are pleasant. The Lady of the house is a charming individual who was welcoming. The breakfast catered for dietary needs and was wholesome. In general a comfortable stay with no frills, but enjoyable none the less. We would use Bridge Cottage again if we visited the area.”

“Lovely old and fascinating English house in a beautiful setting, near to lots of interesting places. We enjoyed the breakfast which was efficiently served in a characterful room. Our bedroom was comfortable. We were disturbed by mosquitoes in the night and I was bitten. We had to close the windows but found a fan which helped cool us down and deterred the mosquitoes further. We would have liked to have had a later breakfast especially as it was Sunday . Although the breakfast service was……

“The room needs a lot of maintenance. The door is swollen and almost impossible to open, close and lock. The one window needs to be replaced. The lamp light had to be replaced, as well as the TV. The amenities in the bathroom were extremely sparse. There were no facial tissues. The patio was full of weeds. Breakfast was the best meal.
