“I strongly advise American, European, and other international travelers to reconsider staying at this property.
During my stay, two women stole my iPhone, laptop, and other valuable belongings from my hotel room. Security footage captured them leaving the property with my possessions.
What was even more disturbing was the hotel’s response. Staff contacted the police before I arrived in the lobby, indicating they were already aware of the incident. Yet hotel personnel subsequently told police……

“The room was oddly shaped but had all basic necessities. You could hear people in the hallway as if they were in your room. There were a few small insects so I kept everything closed up and off the ground. The AC didn’t appear to work but it wasn’t super necessary. The tv would not connect for me to streaming services. The location was not really walkable, but I was only staying one night between the airport and cerro la Monserrate and a food tour, so it was exactly halfway between where I……

“Prior to my arrival, I received a link to upload a photo of my passport which I could not verify who it was going to and obligated me to sign a 12 page document in Spanish which I sign under protest because it should have been in English as well because I did not fully understand it. After a long flight, I Upon my arrival to the building, there was no check in, it was a security person at a desk. She was rude and demanding. The guard’s main concern was obtaining/demanding a photo of my……

“Room service came everyday but they mop every 2 days.
Breakfast menu was the same thing everyday
Airport shuttle displayed is at an additional cost and not part of the package. Hotel is 35 mins from airport and is on the main road so it’s very noisy at night. We had a motion sensor light at the balcony that kept going off every min and woke us up all night. It is also very far out of the downtown area. The place is nice though”
