Things to do: numerous hikes in the Monts de Gy, Bucey, a small town in Franche-Comté. Besançon is 20 minutes away. Ideal for recharging your batteries, this tastefully renovated gîte is located in a characterful house, adjoining the owners' house. It includes a fully equipped kitchen, living/dining room, shower room (walk-in shower), and toilet. Upstairs: a large family room with two sleeping areas: 1 double bed, 2 single beds. Sheets are provided and beds are made upon arrival. At the rear of the house, a large wooded park with a swimming pool (shared with the owners), a private terrace with a pergola, deckchairs, garden furniture, and a private barbecue at the cottage, all with no overlooked views. Gravel courtyard. Enclosed grounds. Fitness room. Sauna. Swimming pool: 9x4.5m (available from May/June to mid-September, weather permitting). Bicycles available. Electric heating. CHARGES NOT INCLUDED. Internet access with a box in the cottage. Wellness Cottage: fitness area, sauna, and swimming pool! Pets not allowed.
