Description: This beautiful three-bedroom, three-bathroom downstairs condo, located in the serene Chalakee area within Echota Resorts, offers an idyllic mountain retreat. This rustic timber-frame unit boasts stunning views of the surrounding mountains, which can be admired from the large rear deck or through the expansive picture windows in the open kitchen and living room areas.

The condo’s kitchen is designed for both convenience and style, featuring custom cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and hardwood floors. It is fully equipped for meal preparation, whether indoors or outdoors with a built-in gas grill on the deck. The living room is cozy, with comfortable furnishings, a TV, and a cultured stone gas fireplace, creating the perfect space for relaxation.

The spacious primary bedroom offers mountain views, a TV, and an inviting atmosphere. The attached primary bath is a luxurious retreat, complete with his and her sinks and a beautiful tile shower with grab bars and a bamboo shower bench. Both guest rooms are generously sized and decorated with charm, each with an en-suite bathroom that includes upgraded ceramic tile flooring.

This condo is perfect for families, with amenities such as a highchair, pack 'n play, and toys, Outdoor games and chairs are available, ensuring guests have plenty to enjoy in the fresh mountain air. Additionally, this luxury condo is equipped with an elevator for easy access, but in case of power outages or elevator malfunctions, stair access will be the alternative.

Resorts' Amenities: Amenities in these gated resorts include indoor and outdoor (seasonal May 1 - Oct. 1) swimming pools with hot tubs, two private clubhouses, fitness rooms, stocked fishing ponds, a 23-acre riverfront park, community hiking trails and catch and release fishing.

Location: This Resort is centrally located to Boone, Banner Elk, Valle Crucis and Blowing Rock in the Foscoe area. The convenient location makes it just minutes away from all the High Country’s most famous attractions such as the Blue Ridge Parkway, Tweetsie Railroad, Grandfather Mountain, Linville Falls and Caverns, and Appalachian State University.  If you are looking for winter sports there are several different options from Hawksnest Snow Tubing, Sugar Mountain Ski Resort, Beech Mountain Ski Resort, and Appalachian Ski Resort. Relax and enjoy the slow pace of the mountains and the fresh air or be adventurous and go hiking, fishing, biking, or sight-seeing. Some other things people enjoy are shopping, antiquing, skiing, golfing and miniature golfing, ziplining, go-karts, and gem mining.
