“Buffet breakfast wasn’t good. Neither was food and service in port 74 restaurant. Room service skipped giving us everything that was supposed to be included in the dish then tried to charge us when asked for it and they got it separately. Room phone didn’t work properly and they didn’t change it even though we asked in our 5 days stay. Housekeeping was great. The Italian restaurant was superb and their service. Icecream is delicious. Ghooster reaturant service was BAD but food was yum. He……

“The location is very close to Riva Waterfront. I loved this hotel, although I came here in winter time, the hotel still offered me the five-star accommodation and service to me. I especially loved the free breakfast which I could choose from their list apart from the buffet options. Also, waitress - Adrijana was amiable and professional. “房間超級小，可能只是一號房是這樣，但真的住得很不方便也不舒適。訂的是有一張雙人床的房，如果兩個人住帶著兩個行李箱，沒有足夠的位置讓你打開行李，行李箱打開後連行走的空間都沒有。浴室也很窄，浴室門很難鎖上，洗澡時水會越來越冷。地理位置很好，離巴士站和海邊很近，但酒店門前有一條很窄的樓梯，抬著行李箱上落會非常累。早餐一般。最好的是前台人員的服務，有禮貌並樂意幫忙。”

“Location was perfect in the old town, convenient to everywhere but very quiet. Staff was helpful and kind. Love the cat who lounges on the hotel’s front steps. Restaurant on the lowest level was tasty. I had a room with a balcony and sitting there in the evenings was the best part of my trip. Will definitely come back. ”
