“Host (Sukhan) was the best. Always smiling and helpful. Check-in was quick, excellent breakfast. Clean and spacious rooms. We visited Rabati palace, Green Monastry and Bakuriani, Sukhan arranged for our transport and also coordinated with the drivers on our behalf. We never felt that we are in a different country, it felt like family with love and lot of warmth. Thank you Sukhan for being such a fabulous host, looking forward to coming down again in the future. “the hotel is conveniently located in a walkable area and well designed. the staff is friendly. we ordered the hotel specifically since it had a spa. however, it did not operate in our 2 day stay and we were not informed in advance or during our stay. only when we asked we were told that it's in renovation. we asked if there was any arrangement with another hotel so we can use their facilities as a courtesy. the front desk manager tried to help and updated that we can visit a neighbor hotel sap……

“Beautiful new hotel in Bakuriani. Clean large rooms, friendly and helpful staff (excellent English), easy location walkable to many restaurants and shops for snacks if needed. Very nice rooms with great views of the mountain (stayed in #503), parking included. Coffee and water in room was greatly appreciated. Location is a bit hard to find since it’s not on Google Maps yet, but the Google Plus Code (copy and paste into Google Maps) is: QG3H+VP Bakuriani, Georgia. ”

“The location is amazing, too many activities near the apartment. Best place to stay with family. However, 1. The hotel has to be renovated urgently. 2. Furniture is old, 3. Towels are mostly torn 4. Bath amenities with the lowest quality 5. SPA doesn't have slippers and enough towels. Note. Special thanks to the reception team (Nika) and friendly housekeeping. ”
