“I highly recommend this hotel to everyone! The hotel is exceptionally clean, with stunning views and a perfect location in the heart of Old Tbilisi, close to the famous sulfur baths. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The breakfast was delicious, and the coffee was excellent. The cocktails served on the 7th-floor terrace were amazing, and the food was outstanding. Every evening, we enjoyed the breathtaking views and wonderful atmosphere from the terrace. A……

“The staff were friendly and welcoming, and very helpful when I had trouble getting my ride app to find me and pick me up. If you have mobility issues, be aware that the entrance is very steep. I'm 65 years old, and I found it challenging to go up and down the hills leading to the property, especially with my bags. Fortunately there was always someone around to help with my large suitcase. The upside is that the city views were spectacular, especially from the terrace.”

“Well above average facility in decent neighborhood. I needed to reposition the desk because it was too close to the bed, only to discover a filthy floor underneath. However, this was well-cleaned by housekeeping in the morning. Only one chair in my room, not very comfortable. The breakfast was very minimal, but okay. Coffee disappointing. Reception staff slow to accommodate requests, but they finally did.”
