“Very comfortable hotel with generous amenities and friendly, helpful staff. Easy to get to and in a great location, with an unobstructed view of the Red River and downtown Shreveport, and right next to a beautiful river promenade and an outlet mall with a variety of shops and restaurants.”

“My brother and I stayed here for work, we were here for a month and a half. The staff were amazing. At first there was a miscommunication with a complaint from another guest but Mrs. Kelli took care of it and handle it very professional. I would like to give a big shout out to Kelli, Shelby, and Ashley, yall made our stay extra enjoyable and had great conversations with each and every one of you. The breakfast crew was awesome and house keeping always kept the room clean. If we ever come……

“Very pleasant stay. The hotel is a little dated but it was very clean. The staff is extremely helpful and even were able to accommodate a slightly early check in. Will definitely stay again next time I'm in the area.”

“Overall, we were happy with our stay. The beds, sink area, toilet and floors were really nice and clean. The only downside was with the fridge not working at times, and water would drain out onto the floor and inside area. We had to discard a container of food, because of the water draining down into it. We still enjoyed our stay at the LaQuinta Inn, and we will come back again.”

“We go to Shreveport LA to visit family and we always stay at the Homewood Suites by Hilton. Usually we have a super nice room. This room had a lot to lack. Super small tub that had chips in the porcelain. The outside of the fridge needed to be cleaned. Our check in time was 3 pm and we got there at 3:30 and had to wait another hour for a clean room. All the AC in the room was off and it was nearly 80 degrees in our room. This room was just not what we are used too and definitely not as described……
