Wonderful Renovated Family Friendly Home Close to Boston and Lexington

Located less than 25 minutes from Boston, this charming three bedroom home equipped with everything for your family's needs will be the perfect oasis away the hustle and bustle of the city.

First Floor:
Enter into a warm and inviting family room complete with Samsung UHD TV and Sonos Sound System. One step up leads into the chef's kitchen complete with all Viking appliances and All Clad cookware. The kitchen is part of an open concept living space including an eight seat dining room. A sense of luxury is felt in the living room adorned with shiplapped fireplace, and Hunter Douglass full length shutters. A full bathroom and bedroom allow for flexible sleeping accommodations away from the second floor bedrooms.

Second Floor:
Two generous sized bedrooms share a full bathroom outfitted with brand new lush white towels. The master bedroom has a queen size Tempur-Pedic mattress, SMART TV with access to Amazon Prime, HULU, and Netflix, and blackout custom window treatments. The second bedroom is best suited for children. There is a set of twin size bunk beds, a full size crib, and a toddler bed to accommodate your little ones needs. An easel, some books, and toys allow you to leave the excess "stuff" back home. Built into the top and bottom of the staircase are pull across safety gates.

Perfect location for graduation
We find that renting a house is more economical and comfortable than staying at hotels, and this property did not disappoint. We can for a college graduation, and were able to have a small gathering of friends and family after the graduation. Plenty of space in the house and out in the spacious yard for people to spread out and socialize. Lovely, quiet, comfortable, close to Boston and Waltham.

Returned for a second stay!
My husband, son, daughter-in-law, and I stayed here over Boston Marathon weekend. We had rented this lovely home for a Christmas visit pre-Covid and loved it so much that we booked it again when my son learned he'd be running the iconic race. The home is well-stocked, well-furnished, and you simply can't beat the location. Plus, the owner is exceptionally thoughtful and responsive. We'll be back again!

Amazing Home for Families Near Boston
Traveling for the first time with two toddlers I was nervous about where to stay. Janel's property blew us away with the variety of tools and toys for kiddos, as well as the kid's room and spacious yard for lots of safe play! The home decor is modern and welcoming. We had family over for dinner and they were joking that they would just trade houses with us and they would stay there ; ) Easy ~30 min drive into Boston center, close to great grocery stores and shopping, as well as historical sites. I will be recommending this home to anyone visiting the area and hope to stay again ourselves in the future! Thank you Janel!

A Wonderful Home
Such a wonderful home to have chosen for our stay. So warm and welcoming. A lovely backyard for playing with the kids or just relaxing and enjoying the garden. The neighborhood was great, and the property location was perfect and centralized to everything we wanted to see. For 4 of the days, we had 4 adults and two children there. The children, (my grandchildren) are both under 4. The rental offered many amenities for children (bunk beds, cribs, high chairs, safety gates) which was appreciated and made their stay all the more enjoyable. Everything we needed to be comfortable was provided. I was reminded how much I liked Aveda shampoo, which was provided as well. The owner was attentive and responsive, and made sure we were enjoying our stay. I knew if needed, I could reach out with any question I might have. She was great. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here and definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stay somewhere that feels comfortable, and like you are home (but still on vacation) the minute you arrive. Just the best!

Historical getaway
This house was very clean, beautiful and cozy. The neighborhood was quiet and exceptional. We found placement for our getway was spot on. We chose this house to experience the traditional New England lifestyle and got exactly what we were looking for.

Wonderful property for a stay in the Boston area
Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this newly renovated house in Bedford. The house was extremely clean and we felt immediately comfortable. The neighborhood feels very safe but is still close enough to major roads, offering a very convenient location. The patio and backyard were lovely and the property manager provided enough amenities (toilet paper, soap, shampoo) that we could settle in without running to the store immediately. A solid 5 stars and would definitely stay again!

Lovely property
This home is so welcoming and we felt at home right away. From the moment we walked in we knew we had found a gem from the high end appliances in the kitchen to the lovely glassware and dinner plates. The dining room table is great for dining with friends and family. The beds are comfortable with high end bedding and the bathroom showers are amazing! This home was so inviting and you never felt like you had to worry about anything as it is definitely child friendly. We loved it and hope to go back again!

Perfect place!
This home in Bedford was perfect for our family! The house itself is gorgeous and very well appointed! We had everything we could possibly need. The yard is adorable, the house is cozy, and the amenities are exceptional! Just wait until you see the kitchen! Janel was super easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we could possibly need during our stay. The location is super convenient to everywhere in a quaint, exceptionally quiet neighborhood. I can't say enough good things about Janel and this home! We will be back!

Amazing, charming house, perfect for families with kids
We LOVED our stay here! It is a classic New England-style home, but completely modernized inside. The house and linens, etc., were spotless. The kids' room was a perfect fit for our family. I thought it would be a bit cramped, but there was plenty of room for our four kids. The house had lots of kid-friendly touches, like stools and even sound machines for the kids and parents. The location was fantastic, too. Nice, secluded neighborhood, yet just a 15-minute drive from the Alewife T station. There was a grocery store just three minutes away. Lots of familiar fast foods as well as more interesting restaurants within a few minutes. It was a great base for exploring Bedford, Boston, and Cambridge. We hope to return to visit Vermont, Plymouth, and more of Boston, and I hope we can stay at this house again!
