The up-and-coming Downtown Boynton has become a real Florida destination. Beautiful waterfront properties, great restaurants and bars, shops and boutiques, and golden beaches.

Only a 10 minute drive to Downtown Delray where there are even more great restaurants and bars, shops and boutiques, and golden beaches.

Not to mention the luxurious building, filled with amenities and restaurants downstairs.

Oceanfront park beach is a 5 minute drive or 15 minute walk and it’s open 365 days a year from sunrise to 9:00 p.m. Designated surfing and skim board areas are located at the north and south end of the beach. The Boynton Harbor Marina is located few steps east of our building, offering a multitude of water activities including fishing charters, drift fishing, scuba diving charters, jet-ski rentals, boat rentals and waterfront dining.
Please no smoking in property and no loud noises. We have neighbors and don’t want to annoy them.

If you lose the beach pass, key fob or garage clicker there will be a $250 charge per item.

There was initial confusion as to accessing the correct key for entry. Owner was responsive immediately and understood why we had the problem. Apartment did not have complete set of matching dishes. Bathtub needs grab bar. I did slip, fortunately I did not fall. And mattress was most uncomfortable. It's a great rental for a young couple but for a senior, it was disappointing and for a senior with a bad back and balance issues, it didn't work at all.
