“An absolutely wonderful cottage in fantastic grounds. A real country getaway. We enjoyed a lovely winter pre-Christmas break here and it was a great base from which to explore North Norfolk and the coast. The grounds of the estate in which the cottage sits are beautiful, with lots of walks without getting in the car. “This is an absolutely charming glamping option, with the railway carriage beautifully converted to very cosy accommodation for one or two. In summer, it's lovely to spend the evening in the small but very comfortable seating area. While the carriage is in the garden of a large house, sensitively applied fencing and planting means that it feels very private to the glampers. All the essentials are in the kitchenette, the shower is great, the bed is very comfortable - everything has been thought……

“The Garden House was just perfect for our first break away with our dog. Communication was brilliant throughout the booking process and whilst we were staying, plus the guest directory had so much useful information. The Garden House had everything we needed both for us and our dog, including dog towels, bedding and treats. Garden was secure which allowed us to relax and the location enabled us to explore various dog friendly beaches without having to travel too far. A fantastic stay and we……

“We had a good week with our dogs, two of which are getting on a bit now, helped enormously by decent weather. Whilst there are limited suitable off-road dog walks in the village (which is the only reason for slightly downscaling the location), it was easy to take them in the car to a wide variety of excellent dog walking venues, including NT properties, a number of beaches and the Weavers way. The cottage itself met our needs perfectly and we were impressed with the thoughtful provision of items……
