“The sea view 2 bedroom apartment is lovely, the view is just gorgeous. The beds are quite small though, and at the start there was a bit of a smell of unwashed humans that seemed to be ingrained but maybe it was just lingering from previous occupants as by the next day I couldn't smell it anymore. The main flaw of this property for us though was the lack of blackout curtain in the front bedroom, which is east facing, making it very hard for me to sleep well past 4.30am when the sun was rising.”

The cottage absolutely beautiful with log fire (although we didnt use it as the place was so toasty and warm). Quality throughout, everything you could need for a holiday, shops 10 minutes away by car, lovely countryside with loads to do, easy drive to Scarborough, Filey and York. Comfy bed, washing machine in utility room with library of DVD's and……

“Overall satisfactory. Suggested improvements: 1. larger umbrella to cover all chairs and table 2. One additional bin inside for recycling. 3. Small nest of tables for lounge. 4. Standing lamp (dimmable) for lounge. 5. Instructions for the fire yes we needed it in summer! 6. provide a hair dryer. 7. provide a squeegee for shower room as water goes all over it. Advice about rain entering the property under the side door for Bedroom hall- rain blowing under L/H hinge side -needs fixing could not……

“We had all that we needed for a short stay. The house was exactly as pictured and advertised. All communications were clear, timely and easy to follow.”

“has everything you need for a short stay. Bedrooms and bathrooms are quite tiny and wardrobe space is limited. No problem if you are out and about most of the time but staying in might be a bit crammed. There is a small outdoor area to sit in - if you like talking to the neighbours as all chalets are close together.”

“Very nice modern apartment in an older building. Very clean and spacious well equipped. Only let down by hall way from front door to stairs. Bicycle blocking hall all weekend. Downstairs apartment had left household rubbish laying around. Not the fault of apartment owner.”

“Beautiful location in easy reach of bridlington and fraisthorpe,Ben was very responsive and helpful,the only downside was the beds weren't made up and there were no provisions ready,ie.toiltries but thankfully I took a roll with us ...but besides that there was everything we needed.”
